One of my goals for living a healthier life is to get more sleep.
Your body heals itself from your muscles to your skin as you catch some ZZZ's.
One of the ways to reach that goal is to go to bed EARLIER.
This is sooo hard for me.
Is it hard for you too?
Why is it so hard?
Is it because...
there's sooo much fun TV on every night?
I just want/need to snack?
I'm too lazy to go upstairs to go to bed?
Whatever the reasons are... I have gotten much better at sleeping earlier.
I know this because my husband even complains about how early I go to bed.
Last night I went to bed at 9:30 p.m.
It was early for me.
I woke up this morning at 6 a.m., checked the temperature outside, and I realized
it was just too hot to run outside- 93 degrees already.
I was so disgusted with the heat that I drove down to our community clubhouse and ran on the treadmill.

It would've been so easy to go back to bed.
Believe me. I wanted to.
I stepped on the treadmill.
I ran 3.5 miles.
I felt great.
I'll be doing it again tomorrow.
Food
Eating clean today.
Last night, I ate a chilled navel orange... it was so juicy and sweet!
I've developed a love of fruits!

You are doing great! I've been trying to get to bed earlier which has been easier since Ive been getting up around 5 AM to workout....but I always feel like there are soooo many things I should be doing instead as a mommy of 3 little ones!!
