Let's put in the work!

Saturday's Food and Activities
4.5 mile run
1 cup Kashi, 1/2 cup 1% milk
7 almonds
1 multigrain muffin, 6 slices turkey deli, tomatoes, basil
Eat what I want for dinner and dessert!

Sunday's Food and Activities
rest day
4.5 mile run
1 cup Kashi, 1/2 cup 1% milk
7 almonds
1 multigrain muffin, 6 slices turkey deli, tomatoes, basil
7 almonds
grilled pork, veggies

I weigh myself on Saturday, and I'll post the results on Monday.
