I'm trying to develop a new way of thinking.
"Use it or lose it."
To me, this means that I get myself active and stay active while using my body the way it's meant to be used.
If I don't, then I literally lose it.
I lose all rights to a healthy heart.
I lose all rights to a good pair of efficient lungs.
I lose all rights to muscles that keep me going.
This doesn't happen overnight.
This takes a lifetime.
