Today I am thankful for prebiotics.
I kept seeing the Activia commercials, and I thought to myself,
"Does it really work in two weeks?."
Well... I am happy to say it does.
Actually... it worked faster than that for me.
You'd think that with all the fiber I eat every day that I wouldn't have a problem, but I did.
Now I'm back to normal. LOL.
Today's Food and Activities
37 minutes run/walk program(6 min. run, 2 min. walk)
45 minutes walk with twins
20 minutes abs
30 minutes upper body with free weights
1 cup Go Lean cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk
1 light Activia yogurt
1 whole wheat english muffin, 1/2 oz. lowfat cream cheese with chives, 4 slices tomatoes, 2 oz. lean turkey
1 medium flour tortilla with 2 oz. sirloin steak fajita with veggies and black beans
