I went to the podiatrist this morning, and I was very excited to tell her the shots worked.
I haven't felt that burning pain in my toes (right foot) since the two shots.
She gave me two shots in my left foot.
She also told me that my feet issues were not too severe, and she thinks I may be able to run again soon and definitely be able to run that 5K in November! Yay!
I went to go pay my co-pay and guess what!?!?
I had a balance of $278.
What the heck?!?!
They didn't tell me that those shots were not covered by my insurance.
I was so mad that I could've bit the receptionist's head off.
I really wasn't looking forward to having to tell my husband.
We don't have anymore credit cards since we filed for bankrupcy, so everything is CASH right now.

Today's Activities and Food
45 minutes on stationary bike
1 apple
14 almonds
4 pieces of salmon sashimi and tuna salad at a yummy Sushi restaurant with a friend
4 oz. lean ground turkey, 2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 cup lowfat spaghetti sauce

I hope you're having a happy and healthy day!
